Ignite Strength

What is Ignite Strength?

Ignite Strength offers a comprehensive approach to developing the total athlete with age-appropriate, sport specific movements and education, placing an athlete in position to be quicker, stronger and more explosive in their basketball movement. You can expect each session to include training and education on the following.

  1. Strength
  2. Agility
  3. Mobility
  4. Injury Prevention
  5. Endurance
  6. Speed
  7. Quickness
